Greg BerryGreg BerryHUB Boulder Managing Director, Co-Founder, and Board Director, is a serial entrepreneur.  In his 25-year career, Greg has been part of eight entrepreneurial teams, including HUB Boulder.  Greg has bought, sold, liquidated and closed businesses (three are still operating).  For the past ten years, Greg has focused his career on sustainability and positive social impact.  He has created award-winning media properties, and produced elite conferences on three continents. Peter BegleyPeter BegleyHUB Boulder Operations Director, brings over ten years of operations and finance experience to the team with a background in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. An entrepreneur early in his career, Peter co-founded a photography company and while not on assignment he found time to mentor emerging photographers and other creative entrepreneurs. Peter’s non-profit experience includes serving as a Board Member for Boston-based Peace in Focus since 2009, as well as five years as the Director of Finance and Operations for Pioneer Institute, one of New England’s leading public policy organizations. Most recently Peter served as Accounting Manager for North American operations for the Italy-based backcountry ski and alpine companies Dynafit and Salewa. Comfortable at the edge, Lauren pioneers new ways of working in organizations and enterprises that help both teams and leaders respond to the challenges and opportunities of the sustainability era. She is known for her interdisciplinary work in organizational development and design, event production and curation, economic innovation, and her focus in sustainability, collaborative governance, and learning in organizations and society. Hannah DavisHannah DavisHost, graduated from the University of Vermont with a double-major in economics and environmental studies. Throughout her four years in Vermont she worked at Ameriprise Financial, and then participated in an eight month program for social and environmental entrepreneurs in India and Israel. Through that program, Hannah was able to work with a diverse array organizations focused on creating social and environmental impact. Upon her return to the US, she moved to Boulder, Colorado in order to further explore her passion for social enterprise in Boulder’s vibrant sustainability community. Mischa DelaneyMischaHost, holds a Masters in Environmental Leadership and a Bachelors in Psychology. She is currently obtaining a certificate in Sustainability Management from the CU Sustainable Practices Program. She believes her life calling is to contribute to the greater good and wants to accomplish this by facilitating and cultivating positive impact in the world. As a leader, Mischa’s goal is to create and hold the space in which change can occur. She is passionate about many issues from resource conservation, to corporate social responsibility to micro loans for women. Mischa especially loves being a part of the HUB Boulder team because it allows her to empower people who are connected to diverse and meaningful ventures. Outside of work, she gets great pleasure from being in the kitchen and spends much of her free time cooking and baking. Rich HoopsRich Hoops, Chairman of the Board, has dedicated his time to assisting area nonprofits in building operational/organizational capacity through strategic consulting, general business and executive coaching, training and lecturing. He has been a partner with Social Venture Partners Boulder County since 2001, currently serves on the board of SVP and was board chair from 2004-2006. Rich is also the board chair for Blood:Water Mission, an advisory board member of the Center for Education on Social Responsibility at the Leeds School of Business, at the University of Colorado. In addition, Rich is involved in a number of initiatives and activities in the area of social entrepreneurship/social ventures and impact investing in the Boulder community.  Rich began his career in the personal computer industry in 1986 with the Business Products Division of Tandy Corporation. He joined Dell Computer Corporation in 1989 and went on to hold a variety of senior management and executive positions in sales, marketing and business development, nationally and internationally. Bruce CampbellBruce Campbell, Board Director, wakes up every day motivated by the opportunity to leverage his profession in service of the global community. After working for six years at the international law firm of Hogan Lovells, he founded Campbell Law Group in February 2003 to focus on the representation of start-up companies. In early 2009, Bruce committed himself to developing more effective ways for legal professionals around the world to support social ventures, and he has not looked back since.  A specialist in corporate finance and intellectual property transactions, Bruce brings his extensive experience to bear on his work at the forefront of impact investing and market-based solutions. He has advised corporate clients on transactions worth billions of dollars in the aggregate, ranging from angel financings for start-ups to public offerings for multi-national companies. Caryn CapricciosoCaryn Capriccioso, Board Director, has a career that spans the nonprofit, government and for-profit sectors with a focus on strategic and business planning, social enterprise and earned income development, and building cross-sector partnerships. Caryn is co-founder and principal partner at interSector Partners, L3C, the country’s 39th L3C and the first doing business in Colorado. She holds a master of nonprofit management from Regis University, serves as chair of Social Venture Partners Boulder County and is a member of the Director’s Club for Rocky Mountain Microfinance Institute. Jim DavidsonJim Davidson Board Director, is an early-stage investor and advisor with over 20-years of internet technology experience. Previously, he was a senior leader at Aol where he served as CTO of DigitalCity, the internet’s first hyper-local portal, and later as VP of Web Services and Publishing, where he led teams responsible for some of the most innovative and high-scale sites including Aol.com and MapQuest. Jim has also been a leader at early-stage companies including: CTO of ShareThis.com, President of Examiner.com, and co-founder and CEO of Laborfair.com, an online marketplace for disadvantaged service providers. Jim is now focused on early-stage impact-investing, providing capital and advice for companies which leverage technology to further their social-benefit and sustainability missions. He is also guarantor and loan committee member of MicroCredit Enterprises which helps fund micro-loans around the world. Tyler HartungTyler Hartung’s background is not in coming up with the next great idea but instead in executing  them as has been apparent in his roles as program manager for alumni services at he University of Colorado and in his consulting role with Uganda’s Masaka Elders Microfinance Coop.  Although trained in finance and math, and having a history planning and executing large scale events, Tyler now focuses on doing whatever it takes to make one of the most extraordinary social enterprise start-ups of the past decade — the Unreasonable Institute  –  happen as its vice president of finance and operations.

A web app design and dev shop, dojo4’s open door policy has fostered it as an impromptu and dynamic co-working space for designers and programmers in the booming Boulder tech network. Drawing on her facilitation and organizational development training, Corey regularly hosts the cross-disciplinary and cross-industry community events that dojo4 has become known for.  Before her life in the nerdy and exciting world of software development, Corey had a successful career in high-level film and event production (from Oscar-nominated documentaries to academic conferences in Northern India) that has given her a thorough range of experience in managing teams, transforming big visions into concrete products, and allowing innovative creativity and practical ingenuity to come together productively.
