Richard Heffner, the Dowling Proffessor of Communications and Public Policy at Rutgers University has a video titled “Dogmatism versus Civil Discourse” which presents his assesment of Civil Discourse.
Civil Discourse is a question people are exploring around the country. These links are to seperate initiatives in Arizona, Massachusets and South Carolina.
