Reserve Event Space

HUB Boulder offers several spaces for a range of event needs. All of our spaces are highly configurable and can be customized to meet the requirements of your function (e.g. add A/V, catering, movable walls, etc., as needed). Most of the spaces are available only in the evening, although we can rent the classroom during the day.

Available rental spaces include:

  • Entire space (~3,500 SF; 200+ people): Includes the north and south open work areas and our kitchen.
  • North side (~2,000 SF; 150+ people): Wide range of configurations from a full auditorium to several breakout areas; includes our kitchen.
  • Classroom (30-60 people): Suitable for up to 60 people; available during daytime and evening hours.
Event Space Rental Pricing

Note that there is a 15% mark-up for daytime events (except those held in the classroom) and a 20% mark-up for weekend events. Please fill out the form below to begin the reservation process. Our Host staff will review your submission and follow-up with you within 1-2 business days.
