Reserve A Conference Room

HUB Boulder offers three incredible conference rooms:

• Board Room: Our most prestigious and largest-capacity conference room. Includes a massive flat panel display, a large wired table and seating for up to 14. A mobile white board is available upon request.
• Southeast: Complete with a round table for 8. Includes a large flat panel display. A mobile white board is available upon request.
• Middle: Includes three modular tables for varying configurations; capacity is 8-10 people. Includes a large white board on the east wall.

All of our conference rooms are available for reservation online — please book using the form that appears below. Reservations are by the hour and based on your membership level. Payment must be received at the time you make your reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation will not be refunded.

*HUB Boulder Members Only: To obtain the discounted pricing that appears in the pricing table above, HUB Boulder members must enter a valid code in the last step of the booking stage. Discount codes are based on your membership level and are not to be shared. Please see a host or contact us if you are a member and have not yet obtained a valid code.
